Returns

All sale items and discount code purchases are final sale.

We will gladly exchange your item(s) for store credit only. If a return or exchange is desired, please log into your account to request a return, or contact us at supply@swingslow.studio within 7 days of receiving your order. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Once the return is approved, returned items must be received within 10 business days in new condition, with tags attached, in the original packaging. Store credit can be applied at checkout when using the email from your return.

Please note you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are not refundable, and $10 shipping fee will be applied for your return label. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you. A restocking fee of 10% may apply.

In the case you were sent an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us at supply@swingslow.studio immediately.

Shipping

Standard domestic shipping is a flat cost of $10 and is subject to change depending on weight. At this time, we do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes.

Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped, and up to another 5 business days for your order to be delivered. You will receive shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please provide your shipping and billing addresses using Latin characters only. Orders with addresses in non-Latin characters may experience delays or cancellation.

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For any issues regarding problems with your package, please contact your local post office.
